<note>This study aims to analyze the optimization of access to hajj payment settlement through the gold installment scheme at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Banyumas Sokaraja Sub-Branch. One of the solutions offered by Islamic banks is the gold installment scheme a financing program for purchasing gold in installments, which can later be utilized for paying off hajj costs. This research is categorized as field research, focused on a specific object, aand employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources consist of primary data obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation with BSI personnel and secondary data from journals collected by the researcher. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Branch Operation and Service Manager, Customer Service, and Marketing team of BSI Banyumas Sokaraja Sub-Branch. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation method, including technique triangulation, time triangulation, and source triangulation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that the gold installment scheme is effective in assisting customers in settling hajj payments, as it offers procedures aligned with sharia principles and easy administrative requirements. In addition to being a financial solution, the gold installment scheme is also seen as a form of long-term investment that aligns with Islamic values.
