 <note>Speaking is still a learning problem in Indonesia, including at MAN 1 Banyumas, Speaking is a teaching strategy at MAN 1 Banyumas. However, this strategy is not optimal with the results of interviews with teachers that students still do not master in terms of vocabulary, still not confident.This research is a research that uses a descriptive qualitative method whose data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. In such conditions, it is interesting for researchers to be able to further research speaking strategies at MAN 1 Banyumas, precisely in the eleventh grade, the researcher revealed that there are four strategies that are commonly used in teaching speaking skills: dialogue practicing ,presentations, live listening and discussions</note>
